Belinda Clarke: Artistic Director

Belinda is a cultural producer, facilitator and curator specialising in theatre and events. Her career has been drawn into highlighting black identity, as well as supporting the growth of community theatre and its sustainable impact. As the artistic director of Leading Light Collective, her credits include; writer of Memories We Lost in the Fire (winner of Best New Writing at IDGTF 2018), Facilitator for Culture (ArcolaLab), Host and Co-Producer for Network&Chill (Katzpace Theatre) and Director of Dear Mother Nature (2020). As a Producer, Belinda has worked with the likes of Fuel, Arch468, Lagahoo Productions, Bath Spa Productions, Arcola Theatre and Pleasance Theatre. Belinda holds a distinction for her masters in Creative Producing at Mountview Academy where she was nominated for the Future Theatre Fund award.

Hannah Blair: Production Manager

Hannah has trained in both Theatre Production and Creative Producing. She co-founded Leading Light Collective and began by Production Managing their 3 productions in the Bath Fringe Festival; Memories We Lost in the Fire, Heartbeat and GIRLS LIKE THAT. Since then, Hannah has produced the Memories We Lost in the Fire tour, Network and Chill, What Leads Your Light and Dear Mother Nature for the company. She also co-produced Dear Black People with Excellence Theatre. Alongside Leading Light Collective, Hannah is currently working as a freelance producer, programming Sparkfest Bath 2021. She has also worked as a freelance stage manager and wardrobe assistant for productions such as; Commotion in the Ocean, This House, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe and North by Northwest. She is very interested in how theatre can be used to educate.
